Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the daily occupation of construction.

Around 01:00 on July 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) reported that a drunk person was used in front of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu B, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; and (b) expressed the victim’s bath that he was able to shoulder himself; and (c) assaulted the victim’s breast part of his breast at one time, thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention of a danger of guest safety.
