A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has operated a game room without a mutual name in the 201st head of the Seoul Building in North Korea.

From April 1, 2014 to April 3, 2014, the Defendant, as a game product not classified by the Game Management Committee, installed 23 game machine in the instant game room in which, regardless of the user’s ability, i.e., e., e., e., e., e., c., c., c., c., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e. c.

After all, the defendant provided game products not classified by the Game Management Committee for use, and exchanged the result of tangible and intangible results acquired through the use of game products, and made customers decide the acquisition and loss through an incidental method and caused them to perform speculative acts by causing property profit or loss.
