Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2016, from around 13:30 to 14:30 on April 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) the Defendant: (b) the Defendant used the Defendant’s scke in order to prevent the access road to the cargo of the said quarrying station; (c) the Defendant prevented the Defendant from removing racks extracted from the above quarrying station by preventing the passage of racks, which was extracted from the above quarrying station by using the Defendant’s scke in order to prevent the sports industry from complying with the contract for the development of stone collection station; and (d) the Defendant was operating the instant stone collection station by leasing it from the sports industry.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the operation of the Quarrying by force of the victim.
