Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2015, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 20 meters B rocketing B with approximately 185 meters in front of the same Gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, Mani-dong, with alcohol content of 0.111% in alcohol during blood transfusion around 01:01.
