Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 19:16 on May 29, 2016, the Defendant intentionally parked a three-dimensional vehicle in the husband’s name in delivery to the University of Science and Technology of Jinju-dong in order to avoid the crackdown on illegal stopping, and intentionally put the registration number plate behind the said vehicle in shopping bags in order to avoid the crackdown on illegal stopping.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act by covering a registration number plate on a motor vehicle or making it illegible.
