The judgment of the court below is reversed.

Defendant

A Imprisonment for 22 years, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for 16 years, and Defendant D.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) that the court below sentenced the Defendants to imprisonment with prison labor for each of the arms, imprisonment with prison labor for 25 years, and imprisonment with prison labor for 23 years) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. Common matters with respect to the Defendants, the crime of murder and abandonment of the body of this case committed by the Defendants: (a) murdering the victim after taking out the insurance policy; (b) murdering the victim; and (c) Defendant A and B sent the victim to the Thailand under the name of care for women working in the last place of the operation of Defendant A; (d) designated the victim B as the insured beneficiary; and (e) purchased the victim’s insurance; and (e) Defendant C and D staying in the Thailand by inducing the victim who had been living in the Thailand to a unfoldd place; and (b) abandoned the victim’s her body by taking the victim’s back to the back of the back of the back of the back of the year and the back of the year of the death.

피고인들의 위 범행은 오로지 재산상 이익을 얻기 위하여 피고인들과 아무런 불화나 원한 관계도 없던 피해자를 유인하여 살해한 것으로 동기나 경위에 있어서 참작할 만한 사정이 전혀 없으며, 사전에 범행을 치밀하게 계획하여 실행에까지 이른 전형적인 모살( 謀殺 )에 해당하여 비난 가능성이 매우 크다.

It is true that the victim who did not have any mistake was sacrificed of the 23-year old young suffering from a serious mental suffering that he/she was unable to be sentenced by his/her bereaved family, such as the victim's parents.

In addition, considering the contents and progress of the crime and all other circumstances revealed in the record, the perception of the Defendants as to the crime and the actual act of the Defendants is to prevent the recurrence of similar crimes in the future, as it reflects human life and opportunism.
