Criminal facts

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

On Nov. 1, 2016, the Defendant offered an overseas golf trip to the victim G (60 years of age) who is a c, D, or E (hereinafter “B, etc.”) and F, and left Korea with the victim, who is a friend with C, D, or E, with a view to obtaining money from the victim by inducing the victim to enter a casino operated by Cambodia, and having the F borrow money from F, and then inducing the victim to borrow money from F, F, etc. by threatening the Defendant, B, etc., and by threatening the victim to receive money from the victim.

Accordingly, on November 2016, C, D, and E introduced golf with the victim, who had been aware of the past several years from I in Echeon-si H, Leecheon-si, and had been infinite. As such, the Defendant introduced the Defendant and B to the victim as soon as he had a golf, together with the victim, B, etc. on the same day, and exchanged with the victim and the telephone number with the victim at any time, and had a contact with the victim and had a separate contact with the victim. At any time, B applied the specific schedule, method, etc. to commit the crime against the victim by phone call to the F in Cambodia.

On December 9, 2016, the Defendant left Thailand with B, etc., and discussed F at the same time, or discussed the method and schedule of committing the crime against the victim. On December 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered Thailand on December 22, 2016 with the victim by proposing the victim “a person who wants to travel overseas to Thailand”; (b) entered Thailand on December 22, 2016; (c) entered the golf course at the golf course, and (d) moved the victim into the “J” hotel located in Cambodia, where the casino operated by F was operated by the Defendant.

At the above hotel casino, C, D, and E stay in front of the future, and the defendant and B had the wind to make the victim scambling while scambling from the victim's side, and eventually the victim write down a letter of loan.
