A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating the “E” chain of the water supply tap chain in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and F was a person operating H, a company located in Daegu G, and the Defendant supplied H with finished products that are essential to the water supply company.

1. Around December 24, 2014, the Defendant changed securities: (a) at the office of “E” as above, the Defendant entered the F in the “E” column as “l million Won (7,000,000)”; and (b) issued one promissory note number “I”, written in the column for the due date, “H”, and “I”, written in the column for the place of payment. The Defendant, around the 26 p.m. of the same month, issued one promissory note number “E”, written in the “E office; (c) the business representative, “I received a blank check from H; (d) the Defendant and his name, written in advance the amount of KRW 90,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, and issued 00,000,000,000 won, and 0,000,000,000,00 won,” and more than that time.

Accordingly, the Defendant modified a promissory note in the name of H, a securities company, for the purpose of exercising its rights.

2. On December 26, 2014, the Defendant paid to the said J a promissory note as the price for the goods, as if the promissory note, altered as above, was a promissory note issued genuinely, at the office of “E” around December 26, 2014.
