A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of securities;

A. On November 27, 2012, the Defendant, at a place where the location is unknown, forged a guarantee entered in B’s name as to the rights and obligations of a promissory note, which is a securities, for the purpose of exercising B’s seal imprint on the face of the guarantor’s name, written in the column of a guarantor of a promissory note amounting to KRW 12,00,000,000, as of November 27, 2012, which is the date of payment, issued by the Defendant, and as of November 27, 2012.

B. In a place where a place is unknown on January 3, 2013, the Defendant forged, on the face of a promissory note, one copy of a promissory note in the name of securities B, for the purpose of exercising the B’s seal impression affixed on the B’s name, the Defendant entered the amount column in the face of the payment, “one million won” in the face of the payment, “one payment in sight” in the face of the payment, “one Government City” in the face of the issue date, “B” in the issuer column, and “B” in the issuer column, respectively.

C. On January 15, 2013, at a place where a place is unknown, the Defendant forged one copy of a promissory note in the name of securities B, for the purpose of exercising a seal imprint affixed on the issuer’s name and affixed his/her seal imprint in the form of a promissory note, stating that “l million won” in the face value column, “l million won” in the payment column, “one Government-si” in the payment column, “B” in the issue date column, and “B” in the issuer column, respectively.

On March 26, 2013, at a place where the place is unknown, the Defendant forged one copy of a promissory note in the name of securities B, for the purpose of exercising the B’s seal impression affixed on the B’s name, the Defendant entered the amount column in the face of a promissory note in the face value column, “one million won” in the payment column, “one Government City” in the payment column, “B” in the issue date column, “B” in the issuer column, and “B” in the issuer column, respectively.

E. The Defendant, at a place on April 16, 2013, where the place is unknown, shall be located in the face value column, on the face of a promissory note.
