A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as a person in charge of Chinese trade in C, entered into a supply contract with E who operates D D D D Limited Corporation in China and supplied the tea, was requested to send again a certificate of sanitation issued by the Korea Food and Drug Administration and a certificate of origin issued by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the items which were not cleared from E, and had the Defendant received a request to forge the certificate.
1. On December 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) searched the “sanitary Certificate” at the G office located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F on the Internet website, using a computer, and downloaded the document format containing basic matters; (b) sent the image file of the sanitary certificate to the E-mail file of the No. 197, “Candy, Qu’s column,” and “Candu’s column,” and “Candu’s Qu’s column,” the Defendant sent the e-mail file of the sanitary certificate to the E-mail file of the No. 24 type, including the description of the No. 24 type, quantity, manufacturing date, etc.; and (c) around that time, the Defendant sent the e-mail file of the sanitary certificate to the E-mail file of the No. 17, which is an employee of the H. 17th of the same month.
Accordingly, with the aim of exercising authority, the Defendant forged four copies of the sanitary certificate issued by the Korea Food and Drug Administration, which is a public document concerning the certificate of fact.
2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), searches the “certificate of origin” on the NAV search box, which is an Internet site, and downloads the document format in which the basic matters are entered, and then operates a computer image file in a way that arbitrarily states the name of the Class A, 24, and the quantity of the Class B, such as entering the certificate of origin into the Mark & Account Number S Name column and Quant column “49.”
