Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

1. The plaintiff, a former police officer, served as the head of the G police station's livelihood safety and female youth leader from March 3, 2008 to December 31, 2009, and was in charge of the investigation into women and juvenile crimes. The defendant retired from office as a former police officer around 200 and operated a furniture store.

From around 2007, a speculative game room was operated.

The plaintiff and the defendant have engaged in money transactions several times (the plaintiff and the defendant asserted that they engaged in money transactions while running the three places of the game room). (2) The plaintiff, around November 2008, installed 50 game rooms for "K" on the first floor of the building of the J of Si of Mapo-si, militarypo-si and operated the 50 game rooms for "K", unlike the contents deliberated by the Game Rating Committee, unlike the contents deliberated by the Game Rating Committee.

Since then, the plaintiff was sentenced to imprisonment for 9 months with labor for violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act in relation to the operation of each game room.

(C) The Defendant, along with Non-Party N, set up a game room in the military air space and operated the game room in the military air space from May 19, 2008 to May 20, 2008 with Non-Party N to Non-Party N from May 19, 2008; and (45) from March 2, 2009 to March 3, 14:00, the Defendant installed and operated the game room in the military air space with Non-Party P with Non-Party P to operate the game room in the military air space; and (3) Non-Party 5, the Defendant installed and operated the game room in the military air space in the military air space with the Non-Party P to March 2, 2009 to March 3, 200, to Non-Party 14:00; and (4) Non-Party 2, 2009 to March 30, 2009 to Non-Party 1, 2006.
