1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B received on April 17, 2007 from the Seoul Central District Court with respect to the real estate stated in the attached list.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The real estate indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) E shall complete the registration of ownership transfer on January 18, 198 due to sale and purchase on January 15, 198, and Defendant B, a E’s partner, completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 18, 198. The provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer on January 13, 2004 on the ground of trade reservation on January 12, 2004 (hereinafter “the provisional registration of this case”).
(2) On July 1, 2006, Defendant B filed a claim for the execution of the principal registration procedure under the provisional registration of 2006Kadan29066 on July 131, 2006 against E, and filed a lawsuit against Defendant B on December 6, 2006, the above court rendered a judgment that “E shall execute the procedure for ownership transfer registration on October 13, 2006 on the basis of the provisional registration of this case against Defendant B.” The above judgment became final and conclusive on April 10, 207, and Defendant B shall transfer ownership registration under the Seoul Central District Court No. 30959 on April 17, 2007 (hereinafter “ownership transfer registration under the name of the Defendant B”).
(2) After completion, Defendant C and Defendant D completed the registration of ownership transfer (hereinafter “registration of ownership transfer in the name of Defendant C and D”) on January 16, 2010 by the same court on the grounds of sale on January 16, 2010, as the receipt No. 3046, Jan. 19, 2010.
B. On March 2004, the Plaintiff and E filed a divorce lawsuit against the Plaintiff at the Busan District Court’s home branch, and around March 2004, the Plaintiff filed a divorce lawsuit against the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff filed a counterclaim (2004Dhap905, Busan District Court Family Branching Family Branching 2004Dhap431). The Plaintiff filed a counterclaim (hereinafter “instant divorce lawsuit”).
2) On January 26, 2006, Busan District Court Family Branch Decision 2006, the plaintiff divorceds with E on January 26, 2006, and the plaintiff pays 50 million won as consolation money and delay damages to E, and E is about F building 108, 1604, Busan Shipping Daegu.
