1. The defendant corporation's Pwala City District Court shall have jurisdiction over each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. In the Busan District Court case No. 2005Gahap21282, Aug. 31, 2006, the judgment ordering the Plaintiff to jointly and severally pay KRW 77,365,000 and delay damages to the Plaintiff on August 24, 2006, which became final and conclusive on October 24, 2006.
B. On November 26, 1997, when the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer was completed with respect to each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) registered as owned by B, the provisional registration was made on November 26, 1997, and the ownership transfer registration was made on November 12, 199 on the instant real estate by the Busan District Court, Busan District Court, Busan District Court, Busan District Court, No. 26887, Jun. 30, 199, and the ownership transfer registration was made on June 30, 199 on the instant real estate by the mutual savings and finance company (Seoul District Court, Busan District Court, Busan District Court, No. 26888, Jun. 30, 199) and the ownership transfer registration was made on June 30, 199 on the instant real estate due to the mutual savings and finance company (Seoul District Court, Daejeon District Court, Daejeon District Court No. 2688, Jun. 30, 1998).
After that, on May 18, 2015, the registration of the transfer of ownership (No. 32812 of the Busan District Court's Busan District Court's receipt of August 24, 2015) was completed on the ground of sale in the name of the Defendant Sejong Development Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Defendant Sejong Development Construction").
C. On July 21, 200, Daejeon Mutual Savings and Finance Company was declared bankrupt by the Daejeon District Court on July 21, 200, and after July 6, 2001, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation of the Daejeon Mutual Savings and Finance Company (hereinafter “Defendant Deposit Insurance Corporation”) was appointed as the bankruptcy trustee.
D is currently insolvent.
