Purport of claim and appeal

The reasoning for the judgment on the cause of the claim is as follows, and this part of the judgment of the court is cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, except where the judgment on the newly asserted matters is added by the Defendant B Co., Ltd.
