Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of 12,00,000 won, and by a fine of 1,500,000 won, respectively.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 30, 2019, when Defendant A drives a mixed motor vehicle C(s) on or around 06:05, and straighted off the intersection from E-section to F-section, Defendant A obtained the front part of the said motor vehicle from the victim B (Nam, 60 years old), who entered the intersection in accordance with the right-hand signal from the Defendant’s right-hand side to the left-hand side, due to the negligence in the course of business that entered the intersection in violation of the signal while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.092%.

As a result, the defendant suffered injury to the victim H (the 57 years old) who is a passenger with the victim B and the driver of the passenger car with the highest bid, for about two weeks of medical treatment, such as salt, tension, etc.
