1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

The Plaintiffs’ assertion as to the cause of the claim and the owners of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G-type (hereinafter “instant house”) agreed to pay one house to the members when the rebuilding agreement on the instant house was reached, and to jointly distribute the remaining new house and the remaining profits and losses after selling it and appropriating it for business expenses.

After completion of the reconstruction of the instant house, Defendant E, Defendant E, and Defendant F, each of the 14,841,672 won, distributed profits to the Plaintiffs, and Defendant F, each of which was paid by the Plaintiffs until the age of business income, but the Defendants did not pay the said profits to the Plaintiffs. Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to pay the said profits to the Plaintiffs.

In light of the following facts and circumstances acknowledged by the purport of Gap's business partnership agreement, Gap's business partnership agreement (the business partnership agreement of this case; hereinafter referred to as "the business partnership agreement of this case") and Eul's business partnership agreement of this case (the business partnership agreement of this case; hereinafter referred to as "the business partnership agreement of this case") and Eul's business modification agreement of this case, although it is acknowledged that the owner of this case bears profits and losses according to the ratio of investment, it is hard to believe the contents of the business partnership agreement of this case and the business modification contract of this case as it is, and there is no evidence to acknowledge the facts as otherwise alleged by the plaintiffs.

Therefore, the plaintiffs' above assertion is without merit.
