Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On January 11, 2018, Defendant A was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) in the Southern Branch of the Gwangju District Court on July 24, 2018 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ganpo Prison on July 24, 201
[Criminal facts]
1. Defendant A
A. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a car in ENA Scoo-si.
On July 30, 2018, the Defendant came to proceed from the Myeongsan to the west-Eup of the Republic of Korea on the front side of the west-gun, Namnam-gun, Seoul, at around 08:56.
At this point, since the T-type intersection, where the passage of other vehicles is frequent, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to take care of the room and the left and right situation before entering the intersection, and to prevent the accident by safely driving the vehicle.
However, the Defendant neglected to drive the said car without obtaining a driver’s license, and thereby, was the victim B (66) who was negligent in neglecting the previous week and making a left-hand turn from the opposite direction, and received the senior part of the G Lone Star Co., Ltd. which was driven by the Defendant.
Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) by such occupational negligence, inflicted an injury on the victim B, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment on the part of the victim H (the 63-year-old passenger); (b) injury on the culse base, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment on the part of the victim I (the 60-year-old passenger); (c) injury on the culse base, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment on the part of the victim JJ (the 63-year-old passenger); (d) injury on the culse base, tensions, etc. in need of two weeks of treatment on the part of the victim K (the 67-year-old passenger); (d) injury on the culse base, tensions, etc. in need of two weeks of treatment on the part of the victim L (the 57-year-old passenger); and (e) injury on the part of the victim (the 201-day-old 3).
