Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a motor vehicle of Class C and III.
On October 12, 2016, the Defendant driving the above vehicle around 10:10, and driving the six-lane road in front of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government along the two-lanes of the front of Mapo-gu along the two-lanes of the combined historical distance.
At this point, there is a center line of yellow solid lines, and there is a bus-only lane, so in this case, a person engaged in driving motor vehicles has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving at the right side of the center line without breaking a bus-only lane.

Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) by such occupational negligence, inflicted an injury on the victim E, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment; (b) injury on the bones, tensions, etc. of the bones of trees that require approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim G (V, 66 years of age); (c) injury on the victim H (V, 43 years of age); (d) injury on the climatic base in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim I (V, 34 years of age); (d) injury on the climatic base in need of two weeks of treatment; (e) injury on the victim K (V, 35 years of age); (e) injury on the victim’s climatic base in need of two weeks of treatment; (e) injury on the victim’s climatic base in need of two weeks of treatment; and (e) injury on the victim’s climatic base in need of two weeks of treatment; and (e) injury on the victim’s 2-day average 3 years of treatment;
