Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who holds and operates a 100cc Obane without a license plate.

No person who holds a motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, around 18:00 on June 13, 2015, the Defendant operated approximately 10 km from 6-17, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu to 219 roads from 8-17, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
