A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

On November 11, 2014, at around 20:45, the Defendant operated a 100CC kiki, which did not have a mandatory insurance policy from the Busan Jin-dong to the front road in the Yongho-dong, Nam-gu, Busan.
