A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the Southern Branch of the Gwangju District Court on September 23, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gannpo Prison on September 23,

1. 3.
