A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 201, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of two million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at a wooden branch of the Gwangju District Court on November 8, 201, and on March 20, 2012, the same court issued a summary order of a fine of three million won or more for the same crime.

Nevertheless, on August 25, 2016, the Defendant driven C non-string vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.076% in blood without a driver’s license on August 25, 2016, and proceeded with approximately 3 km from the front side of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Sim-gu, Incheon, to the front side of the 379 mountain-ro.

Nevertheless, on June 4, 2017, the Defendant driven a Non-Stop vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.131% in blood without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle at around 16:40 on June 4, 2017, while driving a Non-Stop vehicle at around 0.131% in the blood, and driving a Non-Stop vehicle at about 100 meters in distance from the road front of the Non-Stop Park 369 Bocheon-ro, Seocheon-ro, 57-ro, 57 in the same city.

3. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

The Defendant operated a C non-Stop car not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 2.

Nevertheless, on August 26, 2016, the Defendant driven a non-use vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.05% in blood without a driver’s license on August 26, 2016, while driving a non-use vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.05% in blood, and driving the C non-use vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.05% in the blood.
