When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:40 on May 14, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.150% of blood alcohol concentration, was driven by drinking approximately 200 meters at a distance of about 200 meters from the top of the Love Flap in the same roof, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
