A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Seized evidence 2 through 6 and 31 through 34 shall be confiscated, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. by the Incheon District Court, and on October 11, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the first prison of the Gyeongbukbuk District Court.

1. Around 22:00 on November 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a 21 ton stud of “C” which was parked on the street of the tank 69, SK Energy Co., Ltd., and opened a vehicle without correction of the vehicle owned by the victim, who was parked on the roof of the tank 69, SK Energy Co., Ltd., Ltd.; and (b) off the plastic server covering the driver’s seat operation device of the vehicle with Draber; (c) off the vehicle with Draber, the Defendant 1 to the above vehicle with the market price of KRW 10,000,000 while driving the said vehicle; and (d) during that period from around that time to November 8, 2013, the Defendant habitually stolen the vehicle with the total sum of 21 minutes, such as the freight number plate, and the vehicle number plate, 29,250,000 won.

2. Forgery of air, and violation of the Automobile Management Act;

A. At around 22:00 on November 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) removed the front and rear vehicle license plate of “E”-owned D owner that was parked in front of the “Seoul-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong (E); (b) opened up the vehicle license plate in front of and

B. On November 3, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) removed the vehicle number plate before and after the 1.2 ton of the “I”; and (b) opened the vehicle number plate before and after the vehicle in front of the Mine-gu, Gwangju; and (c) opened a contact with the order by the “J” by giving each number to the hacksaw prepared in advance; and (d) by using white tapes, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant forged four registration number plate of the above vehicle, which is an air, for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. The defendants who violated the forged air defense and the Automobile Management Act shall enter the above two-mentioned paragraph (1).
