A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of eight months or less and a short term of six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 18, 2013, C discovered that the victim F(14 years old), the victim G(14 years old), the victim H(14 years old), the victim I(14 years old), and the victim J(14 years old) had only one unit of Babur, and that the above victims stolen the above Baba in Yangsan.
