Text
1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the plaintiff.
Purport of claim and appeal
It is confirmed that there is no obligation of the plaintiff to pay cancer death insurance under the insurance contract concluded on April 9, 1997 between the plaintiff and the defendant.
Reasons
1. The reasons why a party member should explain this case are the same as the pertinent part of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is cited in accordance with Article 390 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance shall be justified, and the plaintiff's appeal shall be dismissed and it is so decided as per Disposition.
