Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2016, at around 03:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s trees on his hand on the ground that he was bad for the victim E (the head of the said entertainment shop business team) who was the victim E (the victim 41) who was the head of the said entertainment shop in Gangnam-gu Seoul.
