Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. 피고인들의 공동 범행 피고인들은 공모하여, 2015. 9. 11. 23:30 경부터 다음날 02:35 경까지 부산 부산진구 D에 있는 ‘E’ 어학원 앞 도로에서 피고인 B은 지나가는 택시를 향해 휴대전화 액정 화면을 깜박거리는 신호를 보내고, 피고인 A은 위와 같은 신호를 보고 정차한 번호 불상의 택시의 조수석에 승차하여 택시의 승객이 두고 내린 휴대전화를 매수하는 방법으로, 피해자 F이 분실한 시가 불상의 아이 폰 4 1대를 대 금 1만 원에 매수하고, 피해자 G이 분실한 시가 불상의 베가 아이언 1대를 대 금 1만 원에 매수하고, 피해자 H가 분실한 시가 불 상의 갤 럭 시 노트 2 1대를 대 금 1만 5천 원에 매수하고, 피해자 성명 불상 자가 분실한 시가 불 상의 갤 럭 시 노트 2 1대를 대 금 1만 5천 원에 매수하고, 피해자 I이 분실한 시가 불 상의 갤 럭 시 S3 1대를 대 금 1만 원에 매수하고, 피해자 J이 분실한 시가 불상의 LG G3 1대를 대 금 1만 원에 매수하고, 피해자 K이 분실한 시가 불상의 아이 폰 5S 1대를 대 금 1만 5천 원에 매수하여 장물을 취득하였다.

2. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;

A.
