The defendant is innocent. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant: (a) was a person who has engaged in a bond business in smuggling; and (b) was given a loan to the victim’s mother H who had raised the victim F (or G students) with money; (c) however, H was unable to fully pay the money; (d) the Defendant, even if he committed an indecent act against the victim, was willing to commit an indecent act by using the fact that the victim would not easily resist or raise any problem.

A. On April 23, 2009, the Defendant demanded that the Defendant repay the money borrowed from the victim’s house located in Syang-si around 15:00 to H, and H to pay the money, using the cresh of H, the Defendant was able to do so to the victim who was in a small room, while the Defendant was able to do so with the victim’s chest and fluor, and the victim’s chest and fluor with his hand.

B. Around 15:00 on April 30, 2009, the Defendant demanded H to pay the money borrowed from the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (a) and H to use the gap in which H was locked, and C to a smaller victim (V, 9 years old) was under the influence of the victim, while she was under the influence of the victim, and she was under the responsibility of the victim’s chest and fluor.

On July 13, 2010, the Defendant asked on July 13, 2010, the victim (or 11 years of age) who is under the J of Mayang-si asked the victim (or 11 years of age to lend money) as “I will,” and the victim was aware of the defect that “I would lend money.”

At the same time, the victim's breast and fluor were fluored by his/her finger and fluor, and the victim's breast and fluor.

around 19:00 on September 17, 2010, the Defendant had a negative record of the victim(s) by hand at the places described in the above paragraph (c).

E. On September 18, 2010, at around 16:00 on September 18, 2010, the Defendant saw the victim (the victim 11 years of age) to the above paragraph (c). The Defendant saw the victim's chest and the part of the victim's chest by hand, prompted the victim's breast, and brought the victim's grandchildren to the Defendant's gender.

F. On September 23, 2010, the Defendant, at around 19:30 on September 23, 201, did not object to the victim who was covered by the instant sub-paragraph (c).
