Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of the mutual savings bank in the fourth floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Ro Building, who runs the real estate sales business using 20 full-time workers.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant is working from March 22, 2012 to April 10, 2012 at the above workplace.

As indicated in the attached list of crimes, 12,00,820 won including 645,160 won for retired workers on March 2012, and 666,660 won for April 2012, including 1,311,820 won for seven retired workers, were not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
