A. The punishment of imprisonment with prison labor for two months and for one year for the remainder of the crimes as provided in paragraph 1(a) of the judgment of the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution in October by obstructing business operations at the Daegu District Court on June 2, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 30, 2016.

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On June 9, 2016, at around 23:00, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim C, at the point of “E” operated by the victim C located in North-gu, Northern-gu, North Korea on June 9, 2016, and without any particular reason, died of the employee F and customers who were in the same place under the influence of alcohol.

The victim’s main business operation was obstructed by force for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, by putting him/her at sight, and continuously putting him/her an attitude in order to catch the f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f’s f

B. On September 26, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim G at around 23:30 on September 26, 2016, in the main point of “OOOO” operated by the victim located in the north-gu Hah at the port of port, the Defendant: (a) took the Defendant’s attitude of booming the victim “hyp hyp” without any particular reason; (b) she returned to the main point; (c) she her hand and her hand her hand her hand her; and (d) she was unable for the Defendant to enter the said main point, and thereby interfered with the victim’s main business by force for about 30 minutes.

On December 6, 2016, the Defendant interfered with the victim I’s duties, 09:00, 'OE’, which is managed by the injured party in the north-gu J located in North-gu, North-gu, North-si, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, takes a bath to the victim's "fash fash fab" without any particular reason, and scattered the objects on the floor of the victim, and prevented the victims from entering the fabing so that they cannot enter the fab by force for about 30 minutes.
