A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a believers of “B religious organization”.

On June 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s residence located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si C and D B02(DB02) (D), through E, the mother’s home; and (b) on July 30, 2013, the Defendant was discharged from the military service on July 30, 2013 in the name of the director of the Incheon and Gyeonggi-si regional military manpower office, and did not, without justifiable grounds, enter the military service by not later than three days after the date of enlistment.
