On October 10, 2013, the Defendant received a written notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Incheon-si regional military manpower office, to enlist in the military service by November 26, 2013, through the D agency located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and through E, the company partner E, which is the company partner, from November 26, 2013, and did not, without justifiable grounds, enlist within three days from the date of enlistment.
