1. Each insurance contract described in attached Tables 1, 2 and 3 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant A, and the Plaintiff and the Defendant B.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff and Defendant A entered into an insurance contract and each of the insurance contracts listed in [Attachment I] Nos. 1, 2, and 3 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) on the first day of each insurance period, as described in [Attachment I] List Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
(2) On August 13, 2010, the Plaintiff and Defendant B entered into the instant insurance contract on August 13, 2010, including the instant 4 insurance contract and the said 3 insurance contracts.
(2) The first and second insurances of this case are the guaranteed insurance that guarantees the payment of KRW 20,00 per day in the case of being hospitalized due to an injury or disease. The third and fourth insurances of this case are the guaranteed insurance that guarantees the payment of KRW 50,000 per day in the case of being hospitalized due to an injury or disease.
3) The instant insurance contract Nos. 1 and 3 is the insured and the beneficiary A, and the insured and the beneficiary are the Defendant B. The instant insurance contract Nos. 2 and 4 are the insured and the beneficiary B. (b) Defendant A was hospitalized at C Hospital for 16 days from November 25, 2010 to December 10, 201 as follows: (a) from November 25, 2010 to December 25, 2010 to 11, 2014; and (b) Defendant A was hospitalized at each hospital for 35 days in total from the Plaintiff’s insurance proceeds pursuant to the instant insurance contract; and (c) was hospitalized for 43,778,420 won in total from the Plaintiff’s insurance proceeds.
2) From January 13, 2011 to January 26, 2011, Defendant B was hospitalized at a Tol Hospital for 14 days, as well as for 23 days in total from January 13, 201 to September 6, 2014 by each hospital, for 327 days in total, due to a conical signboard disability, pipe gate, etc. In accordance with the instant insurance contract, Defendant B was hospitalized at each hospital for 36,872,864 won in total as insurance proceeds.
C. Current status of each insurance contract with the Defendants as the insured and insurance proceeds.
