1. 야간 건조물 침입 절도 피고인은 2018. 4. 11. 19:38 경 전 북 군산시 C에 있는 피해자 D이 관리하는 건물 공사현장에 이르러 위 공사현장에 아무도 없는 틈을 타 공사 중인 건물 내로 몰래 들어가 침입한 후 건물 내에 설치되어 있는 피해자 소유인 시가 79,200원 상당의 HIV 2.5㎟ 전선 500m를 공 구를 이용하여 절단하거나 손으로 이를 잡아당겨 빼낸 후 가지고 가 절취한 것을 비롯하여, 2018년 1월 하순경부터 2018. 4. 28. 경까지 별지 범죄 일람표 기재와 같이 총 9회에 걸쳐 같은 방법으로 야간에 사람의 건조물에 침입하여 시가 합계 2,058,400원 상당인 타인의 재물을 절취하였다.

2. 절도, 건조물 침입 피고인은 2018. 4. 22. 19:00 경부터 20:00 경까지 사이에 전 북 군산시 E, 2 층에 있는 피해자 F가 관리하는 건물 공사현장에 이르러 위 공사현장에 아무도 없는 틈을 타 공사 중인 건물 내로 몰래 들어가 침입하고, 위 건물 내에 설치되어 있던 피해자 소유인 시가 1,000,000원 상당의 HIV 2.5㎟ 전선 700m를 공 구를 이용하거나 손으로 이를 잡아당겨 빼낸 후 가지고 가 절취하였다.
