Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2018, from around 16:30 to around 18:20 on the same day, the Defendant continued to leave the victim D ( South, 85 years old) with a person who has a residential right in Cheongju-gu B and C from February 10, 2018.

It did not comply with the legitimate request of the victim for withdrawal, such as dismissal.
