1. Refusal to withdraw;

A. On January 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed a teahouse on the first floor of D University E, located in Seoul, and was demanded by G, a security guard of the said building, to make a horse uneasiness or photograph the bulletin board, etc. on a cell phone, to change the distance from the building.

Nevertheless, the defendant reported to the victim G, the student is uneasy, and the victim's civil petition is put in a civil petition, and a request is made to change out of the above victim, but he/she can enjoy in the floor "whether the inside is why it is?"

It is not possible to do so.

“At around 12:54 on the same day, the police officer did not comply with the request for withdrawal without justifiable reasons until he/she arrives.”

B. On January 14, 2017, around 14:08, the Defendant taken photographs of a bulletin board, etc. from the above D University E, which was going to a female dormitory, before the store, and requested the students passing through the photographing to go out of the victim G, who is a security guard, to create uneasiness by walking out the horses, but “It is necessary to go out of the inside,”

B. It is not possible to do so.

“At the same date, the police officer did not comply with the request for withdrawal without justifiable reasons until he/she arrives at the port.”

On January 15, 2017, at around 00:31, the Defendant taken photographs within the above D University E building, and created uneasiness for students passing through, and demands from the victim H, who is security guards, to make a request for a request from the security guards to go out of the H; and

B. It is not possible to do so.

“At the same time, the police officer did not comply with the request for withdrawal without good cause until the police officer arrives at the port on the same day.”

On January 15, 2017, the Defendant is in the building of the above D University E around 01:20.

In response to the demand for entry and withdrawal, the police is called out and later out of the police.
