Defendant
A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On April 10, 2012, around 20:28, Defendant A solicited juveniles to buy their sex or induce them to commit fraud by promising to offer 1.6 million won in return for the contact with F (16 years of age, women) by communicating them with F (16 years of age, women) via Internet hosting site in the vicinity of Seoul subway No. 200, Seoul subway No. 200, and to sell their sex.
B. On April 10, 2012, around 20:54, Defendant A provided juvenile F (16 years of age, women) and sexual intercourses and 1.60,000 won in response thereto at GMoel located near the Seoul subway 2 line D, and provided them with the purchase of sex of juveniles.
2. On April 4, 2012, around 17:10 on April 4, 2012, Defendant B provided sexual intercourse with juvenile E (16 years old, female), F (16 years old, female) and 1.60,000 won in return, and provided juvenile sexual intercourses.
