A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around January 2019, the Defendant paid 200,000 won in cash to Jinju-si Bel, which was known through the Internet C website, and paid 20,000 won in cash to D around two occasions at Jinju-si, 2019.

As a result, the Defendant committed the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

2. On February 2019, the Defendant committed the act of sexual intercourse on two occasions by paying KRW 200,000 in cash to Nana, a juvenile as stated in paragraph (1), at the “B” teleel as indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article, and Do (16 years of age) as a juvenile as indicated in paragraph (1), on two occasions.

As a result, the Defendant committed the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

3. Around February 2019, the Defendant paid KRW 200,000 in cash to D at “B” telecom as described in paragraph (1) at the end of February 2019, and paid KRW 16,000 in cash to D, a juvenile as described in paragraph (1) at “B” telecom as indicated in paragraph (1) at the end of the end of February 2019.

As a result, the Defendant committed the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

4. Around March 9, 2019, the Defendant, around March 9, 2019, paid 200,000 won in cash to D, who is a juvenile specified in paragraph (1), at the “B” teleel specified in paragraph (1), and paid 20,000 won in cash to D.

As a result, the Defendant committed the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.
