A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 6 million from the Suwon District Court on September 10, 201 to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving in drinking), to a fine of KRW 1,500,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving in drinking), and to a fine of KRW 1,50,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Suwon District Court on December 27, 2012 to the Suwon District Court on August 20, 2013 to the Suwon District Court on August 20, 2013.
