Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of the B-A-Wurd-Wurl Motor Vehicle.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, around September 27, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front side of the Incheon Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul around 08:20.
