Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 15, 201, the Defendant forged private document: (a) around 15, 201, the Defendant stated that “F”, “F”, “G”, and “H” in the resident registration number column of the Seocho-gu, Daegu, Daegu, as the site for the real estate lease contract, was written in the column of “F”, “F”, “F”, “G”, and “H” in the name column of the said H, respectively, at the seat of the site for the real estate lease contract.

3. In the same date and time as in paragraph (1), at a place as in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) requested the J, which has a relationship with the ordinary victim I, to provide a real estate lease agreement on the “D’s sales store for the Defendant’s operation as a security for the Defendant’s debt; and (b) the J called “to arrange the Defendant to borrow money from the victim under the pretext of the purchase price, etc. of goods”; (c) the Defendant called the victim by phoneing the victim to “to pay KRW 60,000 per day, including interest, for 100 days on a face of borrowing KRW 5 million from the Defendant.” (d) around 18:00 on December 16, 201, the said agreement was drafted to the victim as in paragraph (2).

However, in fact, since the real estate lease contract provided to the victim was forged by the defendant, the defendant has made money from the victim.
