The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. From around 17:40 on September 2, 2019 to 17:52, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to a fluor female who was unable to know his/her name in the subway that he/she was in the middle of Busan-gu, the Busan-gu, and (b) took a bath to the Defendant on the ground that the victim B (54) was the breathing of the Defendant; (c) took a bath to the Defendant on the ground that the victim B (54 years of age) was the breathing of the Defendant; (d) taken the victim’s left her seat at one time; and (d) taken the victim’s hand at one time in the front of the fluor in writing and reported to the 112, following the victim before the fluor in Busan-gu, Busan-gu; and (d) committed assault against the victim by using more than twice the victim’s face.

2. Grounds for dismissing public prosecution;

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);

B. On January 22, 2020, after the prosecution of this case, submission of an application for non-prosecution to punish the victim

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act);
