Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 11, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Drivers, Violence, etc.) was on board the back seat of C-si driven by the victim B (the age of 59) in the vicinity of the Haak-dong located in Jin-si, Jin-si, and did not inform the victim of his/her destination despite being asked about him/her of his/her destination. As such, the Defendant continued to ask the victim questions about his/her accurate destination, and led the victim to drinking by talking him/her with the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim who is driving a motor vehicle.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2014. 7. 11. 20:50경 진주시 D에 있는 진주경찰서 E파출소 앞에서, 제1항 기재와 같이 위 택시기사 B에게 주먹을 휘둘러, 위협을 느낀 위 B이 도움을 구하기 위하여 택시를 운전하여 위 파출소 앞에 도착한 다음, 당시 파출소 상황근무 중이던 경장 F로부터 목적지와 인적사항 등을 질문받자, 위 F에게 욕설하면서 다시 택시기사 B을 향해 달려들면서 때리려고 하여, 위 F로부터 제지를 당하자, 발로 위 F의 정강이 부분을 수회 걷어차고, 낭심 부분을 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted F, who is a police officer, and interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning criminal investigation and maintenance of order of F.
