Punishment of the crime

The defendant was boarding a taxi operated by D(57 years of age) on the street in front of the 'Ccafeteria' in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and brought a bath to a taxi engineer under the influence of alcohol, and the taxi engineer requested the police officer to assist in the police box in front of the Seoul Don Police Station E box.

피고인은 2015. 1. 20. 22:00경 서울 도봉구 F에 있는 E파출소 앞에서 E파출속 소속 경위 G가 목적지와 이름을 물어본다는 이유로 "야 너 나한테 맞아볼래"라는 등의 욕을 하였고, 계속하여 파출소 사무실에서 택시기사에게 "이 씹할 놈아 택시비 없어"라고 욕을 하였으며, E파출소 경위 H에게 "너 싸가지가 없다, 나 57세다. 내가 돼지띠다. 너 나한테 빰 한대 때려라, 우리 막둥이 매제가 짭새다. 어 영감님"이라고 욕을 하는 등 약 50여 분간 관공서인 E파출소 내에서 술에 취한 채 거친 말과 행동으로 주정하여 시끄럽게 하였다.
