On November 23, 2014, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven B SP motor vehicle at approximately 4km at the entrance of the office space located in Busan Metropolitan City, which is located in the Busan Metropolitan City, on the front of Busan Metropolitan City, on the road located in the Busan Metropolitan City, under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.084%.
