Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant’s “C” as stated in the bill of indictment B is obvious that it is a clerical error and thus correct the facts charged as above.

(See Investigation Records 67, 68 pages) A person engaged in driving service of rocketing taxi.

On October 1, 2012, the Defendant driven the above taxi on October 1, 2012 and proceeded at a speed of about 50 km from the city to the speed of 50 km, where the two-lane roads in front of the entrance of the Donyang-dong Village at Ansan-dong, Dong-dong.

At all times, a person engaged in driving along an intersection with signal lights has a duty of care to prevent accidents by proceeding with the signal signals in accordance with the signals as directed by the signal apparatus.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not discover the E Lasttop car driven by the victim D (32 years of age, n, n) who was driving from the direction of the Tyang pressure station to the Maak Elementary School according to the direct progress signal by negligence going against stop signal, and received the back door on the left side of the damaged vehicle by the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim F (the age of 29, South) who was on board the Defendant’s front seat, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and inflicted an injury on the victim D and the victim G (the age of 34, South) who is the driver of the victimized vehicle, on the cream and tensions that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and suffered an injury in need of medical treatment for one year to the victim H (the age of 2, the son) who was on board the Defendant’s front seat.
