At around 20:50 on June 24, 2019, the Defendant, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license issued by the authorities from the front side of the C, to the front side of the Ethic road located D, the Defendant driven a section of approximately 2 kilometers from the 0.194% of the blood alcohol concentration (blood appraisal) without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license.
