A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 600,000 won.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 22:20 on December 22, 2016, before a police box of the Changwon Police Station C, which was located in Sungsan-si B, the Defendant took a bath for police officers, such as the security guards D, etc. belonging to the said patrol unit, who, without any justifiable reason, she was able to say, “I Chewing feassium; and (b) 2 of the soldiers belonging to the said patrol unit feassium, she continued to go to the said patrol box; and (c) continued to go against the disturbance of approximately 15 minutes, such as giving guidance signs for parking of the civil petitioner and going forward before the police box.
