Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a KS7 car.

On June 30, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 00:27, and led D's front road in the Gu-U.S.A. C to the direction from the rooftop to the parallel of the road.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not engage in any other person's act of threatening or endangering another person or of causing any danger to traffic, or continue or repeating one act.

Nevertheless, at the front of the driving direction, the Defendant: (a) discovered that police officers, who belong to the police station E box of the old and American police station, installed a sign "in the service of regulating drinking," and installed a container with "in the service of regulating drinking," and carried the center line on the opposite side; and (b) held that the above assistant F, who was an employee of the above police box, had attempted to stop the Defendant's vehicle that had escaped from drinking control, and had been ordered several times to stop the order, the Defendant committed an act of violating speed violations, signal violations 4 times in the section of about 3 km from the above D road to the front road of the old and American police station in the old and Seopo-si Port, and committed an act of securing the safety distance, such as violation of speed violations, signal violations, one time at the center of about 3 km, securing the safety distance, and the method of sailing.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by having violated the traffic laws and regulations as seen above, was driving a drickly, such as threatening or endangering a large number of unspecified persons or causing danger to traffic.
